- Identification document (original + copy, after identity verification, the original will be returned);
- Medical certificate (Form 075/U);
- 2 photos (3x4 cm);
- Employment certificate confirming work experience (at least 9 months of work experience - not required international applicants);
- CV/Resume;
- Recommendation letter from the employer;
- Admission fee payment receipt (instructions below).
