- Original higher education diploma and transcript;
- Document confirming work experience (employment certificate or a notarized copy of the work record book);
- Copy of an identification document;
- Medical certificate (Form 075/U) and original fluorography scan;
- 2 photos (3x4 cm);
- Resume;
- Receipt of the admission fee payment (instructions below).
